  • The cost of our services varies as every property is different. Please refer to our Pricing Snapshot which serves as an estimate and general guidelines. Exact amounts will be determined after client form is received and a thorough site visit to the property.

  • Unfortunately, carpet cleaning isn’t part of our services. We recommend contacting a carpet cleaning specialist if needed.

  • Unfortunately, we don’t handle bulk waste such as furniture or other large items. We recommend contacting a junk removal service or a local disposal facility for these items. Our focus is on thorough cleaning services for move-outs, so if you need assistance with removing larger items, we’re happy to refer you to the right service!

  • Please ensure that furniture items and and valuables are removed from the property. This helps us clean more efficiently and minimizes any risk of damage.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer cleaning for occupied homes or apartments. Please let us know the move-out date once everything has been cleared out, and we’d be happy to assist with the cleaning then.

  • While we guarantee a thorough cleaning, damages or issues unrelated to cleaning could still affect your deposit.
